Importance of Tajweed Knowledge

                 

The knowledge of Tajweed is the most honorable knowledge because this knowledge has a link with the most honorable and best book (Al Quran Al Kareem). Seeking knowledge of Tajweed is important and implementing it is also important and worthy.

Allah says in Sorat Al Muzammil, Verse No: 4

                          وَرَتَّلِ الْقُرْاٰنَ تَرْتِيْلَا

Translation:

         And recite the Quran slowly

       (As Quran should recite in slow stages).

          Recitation Level

التّرتيل:

Slow Recitation with understanding the meanings and pronouncing each letter properly.

التّحقيق:

Like Attarteel, but slower recitation with proper pronunciation. (Used in teaching)

الحدر:

Fast recitation with taking care of Tajweed function

التّدوير:

A stage between Attarteel and Alhadr.

. The most preferable recitation style is التّرتيل
